How we kept Amine consistent across three AI presenter videos

Amine appears in three short films, each with its own setting, outfit and subject, and he is recognisably the same person in all of them. Here is what stayed the same, what changed, and exactly which part of the work was ours.

One presenter, three films

Amine presents three of the films in our portfolio. Each film has its own setting, outfit, subject and length:

  • City presenter (1:17). Amine stands in front of a city skyline at dusk, wearing a dark jacket with a patterned panel.
  • Jewelry counter (1:24). He presents from behind a jewelry counter in a black high-collared jacket.
  • China story (1:41). He stands in an ornate hall with red columns, in a red and gold embroidered jacket.

The three films were published as separate posts between June and September 2026. Their subjects are learning Chinese, Chinese shopping phrases and Chinese surnames, and the settings follow them: a jewelry counter for the shopping phrases, an ornate hall for the story of Chinese surnames.

What stayed the same

A series feels consistent when nothing a viewer would notice has changed. Across all three films:

  • The face. The same features, skin tone and hairline in all three films.
  • The way he presents. In the presenter shots, Amine speaks straight to the camera, framed from the waist up near the centre, with calm, open hand gestures.
  • The format. All three are vertical (9:16) films made for social feeds.

This matters because AI video can drift. Small changes to a face, a hairline or the details of an outfit are easy to miss inside one video and obvious across a series.

What changed from film to film

Everything around the presenter changed: the setting, the outfit, the subject and the length. That variety is what lets one presenter carry a series without it feeling repetitive.

This is how our AI presenter videos are planned. The setting, wardrobe, voice and language are agreed in your brief, so one presenter can appear in many scenes and stories.

How we keep a presenter consistent

We combine several AI tools with our own production workflow, starting from consent-based footage of the presenter. The tools change as the technology moves, so we choose the best ones for each project. The workflow itself stays in the studio. What matters for you is the result, and you can compare it in the three films above.

Where our work ended and the editor’s began

The films in our portfolio are finished posts, so it is worth being precise about who did what.

  • REALFOLD produced the AI presenter footage: Amine on camera, in each setting and outfit.
  • The published posts are a finished edit. They cut between Amine and graphics, cutaway footage and on-screen text. That edit includes another editor’s work.

You can work with us the same way. If you already have an editor, we can supply the presenter footage. If you need a finished video, we can scope the editing and the final formats with you.

Planning a presenter series of your own

Posting regularly takes time, and filming every piece yourself is often what slows a schedule down. A consistent AI presenter lets you make new videos without a new shoot each time. These decisions keep a series consistent:

  1. Decide what must never change. Usually the face, the voice and the way the presenter speaks to camera. Write it down before the first film.
  2. Decide what can change. Setting, wardrobe, subject, length and language keep a series fresh. Agree them for each film in the brief.
  3. Start from consent. Our AI presenter videos are made from consent-based presenter footage. If your presenter is a real person, their permission comes first.
  4. Compare each new film with the earlier ones. Put a still from the new film next to stills from the last ones. Differences are much easier to spot side by side.
  5. Choose footage or a finished video. Decide early whether your own editor will finish the posts, or whether we should deliver finished edits in your formats.

You can watch all three Amine films, and three more with a second presenter, Amir, on our films page.

What to prepare before commissioning an AI product film

An AI product film only works if the product on screen is exactly right. Here is what to gather before you brief one, so the first conversation is about the idea, not corrections.
